My universal remote broke into half when my wife threw it out to the street in a fit of anger. It happens at times when two persons can’t agree with each other on certain issues. Issues such as getting the toilet seat down could spread an argument like fire. Thanks to her I get to search online for another universal remote. I have the Logitech Harmony 880 and it is the best tv universal remote. I love the touch screen and the docking system but find it inconvenient to update software from the web while disabling my firewall. I saw this URC digital R50 which doesn’t need the web to do all the setup. It is all done by using their touch screen. I am going to buy this model and see whether I prefer this more than Logitech.
